You retain all rights to the content you create and store in your time capsules. By using our service, you grant us the necessary permissions to store, process, and deliver your content according to your specified schedule.

3. Prohibited Content

You agree not to create time capsules containing content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

4. Service Availability

While we strive to provide 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions, delivery delays, or technical issues beyond our control.

5. Payment Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only as stated in our refund policy.

6. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes that affect your use of the service.

7. Recipient Information and Authorization

You are responsible for ensuring that the email addresses added to your time capsules are accurate, up to date, and authorized to receive the content. Mail To Future shall not be held responsible for content sent to incorrect or unauthorized recipients, any resulting privacy violations, or potential legal consequences.

8. Digital Capsules and Refund Policy

Time capsules are digital products created for one-time use only. Once a time capsule has been created, scheduled, or delivered, it cannot be reused, transferred, or refunded. Due to the nature of digital content and scheduled delivery, all sales are final except where required by applicable law.
