6A. Account Deletion

If you choose to delete your account, the following actions will be permanently performed:

• All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
• All previously created and scheduled time capsules will be canceled and will not be delivered
• All messages, media files, and recipient information related to your time capsules will be permanently removed
• Purchased capsules and any unused balances will be canceled and cannot be restored

Account deletion is irreversible. After deleting your account, no time capsule deliveries or emails will be sent to you or your recipients through Mail To Future.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for:

• As long as your account is active
• As necessary to deliver scheduled time capsules
• As required to comply with legal obligations

You can request deletion of your data by contacting us.

8. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): For authentication, storage, and database
• Cloud Storage Providers: For media file storage
• Payment Processors: For premium subscriptions (RevenueCat)

These services have their own privacy policies and data processing practices.

Our service is not designed for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.
